1. Where do you ship from?

We work with trusted fulfillment partners. Orders are shipped based on product availability and warehouse location.

Yes, we currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Shipping time is typically 7–13 business days.

4. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be in processing.

6. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will review the issue and provide a resolution in accordance with our return policy.

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
